Let's Get Started

Are you in the midst of planning a trip or trying to find a dog walker? Let's get the on-boarding process started so we can schedule visits with your pets ASAP!

3 Easy Steps 

1) Initial Contact

Contact us via form submission (below) to get the process started. Be sure to include how we can help and also some info about your pets. We will discuss availability and pricing at this stage. 

2) Account Set Up

After we answer any questions, we will send you our client onboarding info for you to set up your account. Once you set up your account and complete the onboarding process, you can request the services you need help with.

3) Meet & Greet

We will schedule a meet & greet to meet you and your pets before our first visit. Either Caleb or one of our managers will conduct the meet & greet before our sitters start visits. 

How Can We Help?

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties

A NOTE ABOUT OUR MEET & GREET

Our meet & greets are designed for a member of our management team to meet you and your pets only after you have completed the onboarding process and we have answered all of your questions. We will come to your house only to learn the routine of your pets before our staff starts visits. Any questions about payment, rates, scheduling, etc. should be asked before the meet & greet. This helps to keep our initial meet and greet free of charge. Because we work as a team, you may have multiple sitters assigned to your first booking and any future booking requests you make. After each request is approved, you are sent a confirmation with who your sitters will be.
